Virtuemart Front End Layout Edit, Custom Shipping Options, Screenshots of whats needed

Hi there I need a few edits done to my virtuemart store in progress. 1: I need the front end layout slightly adjusted to appear better for the customer. I included a screenshot on what is needed. 2. The quantity must be removed so it does not appear to the customer as there is only 1 item for every item. This also appears when trying got check out or in the cart. This is not desired. 3: I need a custom shipping setting created. The details of this is below. Weight and size of the item it not an issue. Shipping rates are as follows: Orders totaling between $1.00 and $99.99 shipping will be $5.00. Orders totaling $100.00 and $249.99 shipping will be $6.50. Orders totaling $250.00 and $491.99 shipping will be $8.00. Orders totaling $492.00 and $749.99 shipping will be $40.00. Orders totaling $750.00 and $999.99 shipping will be $45.00. Orders totaling higher than $1000.00 please contact us for rates. Shipping speed: Orders under $492.00 are shipped First Class International. Orders $492 and over are shipped Express mail international. If you need to upgrade to a faster shipping service, let us know and we will send you a quote. Otherwise, the shipping charges are non-negotiable. I need this done for under $40.00US. Any higher bids will be ignored! I look forward to working with you! Thanks!
