I am wanting an entertainment site built

I am wanting a website done as follow. Like [login to view URL] but also like [login to view URL] The combination of the two. Also, take a look at [login to view URL] I like how 9Gag is simple and clean but I don’t like how all the pictures show all at once. I want it to be simple and clean but intuitive and interesting. This website is going to be for laughs and fun. You will come up with a design completely from scratch. Also, everything must be your own work. Don't download illegal scripts and work from it. I would like for you to come up with a basic site layout for me first, as well as different features if possible. Features that I want: - Like( with or without signing up) via facebook or not - Comment only when registered - Share to social sites - Login/sign up for members (Moderators and admin) - Adsense or advertisement optimization (enable/disable - CMS (can use any CMS application but codes has to be clean) - Ability to resize and convert image (lightweight files) - Optimized for mobile - SEO Friendly (a must) - Simple and clean - User friendly - Get back with me with the keyword "mosekely" if you have read these correctly and carefully.
