Website rebuild in RapidWeaver 5

I need to have my website rebuilt in RapidWeaver 5 and provide me with the final file for maintenance and updates.
The theme is "Prism" by Elixir and the website to be rebuilt is www.firstchoicerenovation.com. Work to include modification of the rotating header (i will provide new images), some pages will have a static header and some rotating; replace existing content and minor text editing (colors, fonts, etc). I will also provide new content and images. Contact Us page will need to have code integrated from auto responder site as well. Number of pages will be the same as on current site. If everything works out great, there is a possibility for ongoing work with updating and maintenance.
