I have a site design (PSD) that I need converted to a custom theme. It needs to do the following:
- Maintain the same look/feel as the PSD (custom theme)
- Email opt in to download a free report
- Contact form (anti-spam measures in place)
- Calendar (easy to update/edit)
- Blog (a blog tab for the WordPress website)
- Ability to edit a small section on the front/home page where a different ad will be placed periodically
