Hi, I have HTML5/CSS3 files for a responsive website ... and I need a bidder to create my site using these purchased files. Here is what I need. 1. Programming Arabic & English site 2. Responsive website. I need site to work on all SmartPhones, Tablets and all known browsers. 3. Scrolling news. 4. Contact us form. 5. Powerful and user-friendly CMS 6. Services module: this will show categories for company services as links and once user clicks on a category a new page opens displaying list for services and these will be linked to new pages and show service details. 7.
