Zen-Cart + WordPress theme - apply existing theme to website

I give you two Photoshop or .BMP files, each is a website layout. You chop the layouts into smaller images as necessary, create the HTML and CSS necessary to replicate the image as a website, and then apply these HTML templates to: - a plain, default Zen-Cart installation - a plain, default WordPress installation You send me the resulting Zen-Cart and WordPress code, along with all of the images required. The layout looks something like this: [login to view URL] (the project was originally to be done in Ubercart, but has since changed to Zen-Cart, this is the actual layout though, I've already chopped up some of the images for you) I need this done as soon as possible, but there's no hard deadline on the project.
