Zencart template design OS commerce

We need a basic template design for our Zencart enabled movie site. We will be selling feature length streaming video and shortfilms. Concept jpegs are attached. We would like to enable the backend to manage the banners positioned as shown, we would like the option to have flash and gif banners present. The layouts should lock together to remain consistent on the home and product pages. Pages listing multiple products such as category areas can be generic to the Zencart default install. eg: extending to accomodate content. We would like to be able to link in additional movie sites via a Play trailer button on the product page and have text appearing in a scrollable box rather than it affect the layout dimensions. Additional features should include the option to sell DVDs from the product page, have tabs on the home page for displaying latest products, feature films and short films as well as a fourth tab to display a category menu that could be list film genres and additional product. We would like to slim down the signup page to just name and email address, user and password. And remove any reference to shipping from product purchasing unless a DVD is being purchased. Finally, no reference to what other customers who bought the product also purchased or links to additional categories should be present on the product pages.
