Need a script installed or a program to send mass mailing to thousands of people (port 25 not working)

hello i need a script installed on my server or a program (would be better) that can send out thousands of emails, both txt or html, ? at the same time from a csv file or txt file... i have tried sendblaster, sarbacane, atomic mail sender... but i couldnt manage to make them work from my computer... (maybe my port 25 is not opened) but i really dont kn ow about that... if you can find me a solution, or even use teamviewer to configurate one of my mail clients i would pay for that... i need a professionnal solution, it could also be a php script (i know there are lots of them, but wich one is the best?) i d like to avoid sending to spam folders so i would also need advise on that thanks for making your suggestions, i will accept the bid to the best offer
