I require a simple stand alone spreadsheet type program (with logo, contact details and links that I can edit) for Windows that can be emailed or downloaded for doing "What if" scenarios (see below for more details) with instruction screen. Prospects will be able to enter the No. of sales staff; Avg. No. leads per person per day, Avg. No. of sales per day, avg. turnover or profit per sale. Each one of these variables will be adjustable so that the client will be able to predict the annual effect of minor changes on a daily basis and see their sales people’s conversion percentage. This will demonstrate how employing a person who is naturally suited to a job (and is qualified) will have a major positive effect on profitability over time and also showing how small improvements in certain areas can have a large effect E.G What difference will raising the average conversion rate from say, 60% to 65% make to the bottom line over 12 months? Or getting an average of 1 extra sale per day per employee? Given that fixed costs are likely to remain the same, the actual percentage rise in Nett profit will be higher. I have written an excel spreadsheet to show coders what I want from the program which must also include my logo and 2 editable link buttons (1 for Recruitment and 1 for Business Coaching) with supplementary text either on or next to them. As you will see, I have allowed for variables to be calculated from either actual numbers or percentages. Naturally I don’t want anyone to be able to alter anything other than the input cells. As it is a simple project I would like it completed within 3-4 days of acceptance. I suppose it may goes without saying it, but I’d like it to look professional too. It is not necessary for the layout to be the same as the Excel example as long as it looks good and people can use it intuitively.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
