Webpage skin change for existing pages

We have an existing web based project which is for college students and we like to change the skin of all the pages for this project. We would like to keep the same buttons, some graphics (if applicable), and the text just as they are in current pages. But we like to change the looks, colors, graphics and format of the screens. For example, we like to put some ad around the front page, etc. We also prefer to have some kind of flash or animation on the page. Remember all the graphics, flash, colors, and slogans should be related to college student life style because the first impression is very important for the business.

During project period the programmer will provide draft version of the pages for the review and we will review the works and reply back the status as soon as it is done. If you have already done projects related to college students then it should be much easier.

The project will only consider finished, once the final changes are reviewed and accepted by us. The project time table is very short and so it would be helpful to make the decision if you have any prior works which we can look at. We will be the owner of all the graphics, flash/animation, and art works and the copyright rights. The coder must agree not to disclose or discuss this project with any third party without having written permission from us.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

## Platform

The current project is written in jsp and using MySQL. So, what ever language you would use it must be compatible with the current source code.
