I need a windows 7 or mac os x or linux client that can upload to a wordpress blogging software's upload directory and be used as a media storage backup service like dropbox mention to me your limitations here and examples u have done basically i would like to provide dropbox service BUT using wordpress software and my hosting instead of dropbox hosting. u need to be able to program Windows application, understand wordpress's uploading procedure and directory listing.
