Buddypress multilingual issues with wpml

I need someone to fix problem on my multilingual buddypress using wpml plugin.

Problem with changing avatar( problem uploading image and crop it) in the second language of the site

Activity stream have some bug that need to be fix,need to show activity in the original language that the activity has been post in the site .I'm using the buddypress multilingual plugin from wpml for buddypress.

Need someone with strong understanding of wpml and php to figure the bugs and fix it.
