Convert .ASP / MS Access Profile Site to Wordpress

I am looking for someone to completely redo my existing website at [url removed, login to view] to a Wordpress site that will allow me to enter in profile information and photos from the Admin Backend. i would prefer the site to be built on a standard framework like Thesis or Genesis Framework for easy of future edits and tweaks.

Currently, the site is coded in HTML and .ASP using a MS Access database that resides on the web server. It is a very non-efficient process to update the profiles because I need to update the profile information in MS Access then upload the large 7mb .mdb file to the server then quickly delete the old file and rename the new one to take it's place.

I need someone to create a complete solution of the existing site and pages with all functionality that already exists on the front end and also develop an easy way to enter in new profile information from the back end. I do not need this project completed in 24 hours, but I do need it worked on diligently and completed within a couple of weeks.

Here are the features that need to be available on the front end:

- Ability to select search criteria of the existing profiles to be viewed. ([url removed, login to view])

- Provide a nice user friendly search results page based on search criteria better than existing.

- When viewing a profile, display thumbnail interface with large photo displayed concurrently. Max of 5 photos.

- Allow users to create a site account they can login to each visit. This way the site can email the user information without asking for their email address each time and I can auto add them to an AWeber Email Subscription List.

Here are the features needed on the Administrator Backend:

- Ability to add profiles of the inmates and upload associated photos.

- When entering in their mailing address I would like some sort of interface that allows me to select or auto search the existing mailing addresses and if not found allow me to enter a new mailing address which can be used again on future profiles. There can be several profiles with the same mailing address.

- Profiles should revert to a NON-PUBLISHED status after a set time period in years from Published date. Each profile has an expiration date. Somehow that needs to be incorporated so that I know the subscription or published period is over and the profile is no longer published and I can see which are no longer active.

- Easy ability to insert advertisements on page and in post/profiles without having to edit code. This may already be a feature of the Theme Framework.
