I have spent some time over the past few weeks creating a semantic, HTML5-friendly, Wordpress 3.0 theme. We are looking to upgrade our current wordpress theme with this new theme. We would like someone to look over the code (today/tonight) and let us know what (if any) challenges we might face in making this switch. Just as a note: the current theme we have was originally developed (I believe) for Wordpress 2.7 (?). However, Wordpress is saying that we have the most current version. I know I used a number of Wordpress 3 specific functions and workarounds to save time, so this is an important detail.
It is, however, a rather simple site (all things considered) which essentially amounts to a glorified blog.
The job is to look over the code and advise/warn of any issues that might occur during this upgrade. This is a time sensitive job, as it has to be done today/tonight before 12:00am (midnight) US Central Standard time (-6:00 GMT).
Looking forward to working with someone who can help us along. Thanks!
P.S. The entire job amounts to about 10 different pages of a basic header/sidebar/content format.
