I already have a quiz on my wordpress blog located here:
[url removed, login to view]
The quiz works and consists of multiple choice questions with radio buttons to test a user’s knowledge of PHP. I plan to create quizzes to test a user’s knowledge of a wide range of computer languages and perhaps foreign languages. Once the user has completed the quiz they can view their results.
What is a correct way to add a comment in PHP?
d. *\..\ *
These questions are hand coded into the .php file rather than obtained from a database which is the source of the problem.
The previous programmer was able to get most special characters to display properly but I am still having problems with creating paragraphs using \n.
A solution may be to have the questions and answers inserted into some sort of spreadsheet database rather than hand coded into the file. That way I do not need to worry about adding text that may cause a conflict. I would like the quiz to enable me to add as many questions as I need (50 max). I also need the quiz to support images that may be used in the questions. The timer on the quiz does not work but I plan to remove the code for this function so it doesn’t matter.
The affiliate link at the bottom of the page must be visible
All the questions must appear on one page for SEO reasons (not multiple pages).
It must appear with the same theme just like the current quiz.
I plan to create many quizzes so the spreadsheet database quiz should be easily to replicate.
I have include all the files for the quiz (please see attachment)
