WordPress Plugin Required For Op In Emails/Log

Hello, We are looking for somebody to replicate a WordPress Log In Plug in, that also combines with newsletter opt-ins. IE: 1) The visitor lands on the blog, decides to join - so we need a custom log in box. The customer joins the blog. 2) The member is then directed to a welcome page as well as an automated email being sent to the member. 3) And automated email is then sent to the member asking them to created an account, user-name and password for the blog log in. 4) The member's email address is then also added to an email database, etc. more newsletters. There may be an existing plug in that can do all this and more, but we want the 'system' so that we can add it to any blog.
