WordPress Thesis 1.8 Customization - HTML, CSS, PHP

Hello All,

I am looking for an Experienced Wordpress developer to assist with a wordpress blog on the thesis theme 1.8

The site is [url removed, login to view] & I want to create a similar homepage design to [url removed, login to view]

This includes

- custom navigation menus, hover link color changes etc

- featured post area/category

- sidebar customizations

- addition of specific social media icons to template

- integration of custom google search to menu

- wordpress author customizations

- specific ad placement

- custom email subscription/ feedburner integration

You will need to be skilled with HTML, CSS, PHP, wordpress, and web design. The site needs to validate correctly in IE, FF, chrome & safari.

I need someone who is an WordPress/ Thesis EXPERT and can complete this assignment quickly.

I want someone who can complete this task in under 6 hours and ready to start ASAP. I will pay $60 USD on completion of project, and will pay immediately once assignment successfully completed. Bonus payable should your work be outstanding.
