I would like to have a web based CRM developed. The CRM should perform the following tasks:
-Ability to Input New customers: Name, Phone number, Email address, Home Address, Occupation, Birthday, Vehicle Interested in (Year, Make, Model, Stock #), Vehicle Trade-In (Year, Make, Model) etc...
-Status (New Lead, Customer was called on [date/time], Customer was emailed on [date/time], Customer has responder (check email), Customer has an appointment on [date/time], Customer is
no longer interested (Due to: Bought elsewhere, no longer interested in vehicle, could not finance, did not agree to price/other)
-Show each associate their daily tasks, leads and opportunities clearly upon their 'home page'/database page.
-Allow sales associates to send emails to leads and opportunities, from within the system. Maybe this will need for outlook to be connected to the CRM (Like Microsoft CRM is set up to do).
-Template emails to be sent from the CRM, with attachments. The attachments being word .jpg, .gif, .doc, .docx, .pdf, etc...
-The ability to preform general reports showing from a sales and operational perspective.
- I will need separate log-ins for separate Dealerships (clients), each Dealership (client) will have 1 to 50+ users. Other Dealerships/Clients CAN NOT have access to another Dealers/clients information (including customer info.)
- CRM must be able to receive 3rd party leads/emails from OEMs, [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view], eBay, dealership website, and other 3rd parties.
- 100% Internet based.
- Receive prospect emails in real time.
- Easily email vehicle photos and details to prospects
- Ability to email videos/pictures to prospects
- System must keep track of all prospect history and communication.
- System must have the ability to send Mobile alerts to salespeople instantly when a new lead arrives
- Associates must be able to respond to customer emails on their smart phone/thin client
- Needs to have Anti-'skating' and customer duplication (pop-up)
- Advanced HTML editor for email and templates
-Autoresponder (System need to automatically send a response email to new leads - Dealer should be able to set the message that they want)
-Round Robin lead management (New leads should be "passed out" to only 1 sales associate at a time).
-Merge duplicate leads (if 1 client submits separate leads, I would like the leads to be automatically merged in one).
-'New Lead' Pop-Up Notification (when a new lead/email comes in, this notification will let sales associates know they have a new lead) and they need to respond immediately.
-Create & Print a follow up list for the day/next day
-View all sales (Current and Past) for individual sales associates (graph)
-Skate alert (if a sales associate tries to put in a new customer that already exists under another sales associate's name - it will alert both associates immediately).
For Management only (Only managers can access the following + the features above):
-Send bulk emails to all clients in the database (I would like the manager(s) to have the ability to select targeted clients to send Sales specials, sales events, etc...)
-Switch clients from one sales associate to another
-View all sales associates follow-up list for the day/week AND Follow up results (left message, emailed client, called client but their voicemail is not set up, called client but their mailbox is full, etc..)
