We use a helpdesk called Zoho Support to received complaints from Customers. These complaints take around 5-6 days to resolve. In the meantime, our Customers can call us to know the status of their complaint.
We want to divert some of these calls and make our customers use SMS (text messaging) to get status.
On completion of this project - Our customers will be able to send us a SMS with requesting for status and Zoho Support should reply automatically to that customer with the current status.
