Job Description:
Our site is online, but we need to showcase what we do to our new audience. What this will require is "white labeling" of a couple of "off the shelf" technologies. The following describes what the two different tasks consist of:
VOD
1) We need 4 core pages of on-demand "vintage" (50s, 60s) television spots, shows and animation laid out to assist in recruiting, teaching and supporting future customers. This will be made of an introductory page that will have 5 or fewer videos and some introductory text on it. On each of the successive 3 pages there will be a set of 12 themed videos. The videos will be sharable in social marketing media and can be searched.
Publishing
2) There are two elements to the publishing service showcase we are displaying.
a) Taking a digital image and creating a "revolving" set of thumbnail images that can be selected from and clicked on when chosen.
When chosen the site viewer is given an e-book layout page to browse the document.
b) The second publishing feature requires the branding of another "off the shelf" publication package that needs to be "white labeled"
to display the publishing services so that it carries our brand name, and not the manufacturer's.
Notes: We are open to a variety of hosting options for any of the database elements that are required as long as
our scope of our control of the site and files and customer service is not narrowed.
We are also looking for a brandable, robust and scalable project management tool to use for keeping a tight rein on new customer
projects. A simple interface that supports a broad, but comprehensive view of "work in progress" is what is needed.
Wireframe layouts of suggested look and feel will be provided as well as any images from stock photo sites to help in conveying the visual image that
is needed.
