Overture/Google automated PPC reporting via API

(Main project) My problem: Overture has no reporting automation for their PPC campaigns. I need a system to access Overture PPC accounts via their API and produce automated monthly reports by individual campaign within a master account. The required reports are very, very simple: just need the keyword, impressions, clicks and (perhaps) avg. position. There should be one report produced per campaign within the master account. System can be set up to run online on a Linux webserver, via a local EXE, MS Access, whatever works best. Ideally, the system would pick up new accounts as they're added and add them to the queue. That's the job, but expansion of this system to include Google PPC stats is highly probable. I would like to work with someone ultimately capable of working with all aspects of both the Overture and Google APIs.
