php form to generate XML

I bought this flash template from templatemonster, which has a XML as administration, as it is a catalogue product for a small shop I would like to have interface to generate this XML, check the attached code under <shop name="catalogue"> tags, that is what is really important. I am open to suggestions, but I am looking basically for a 3 pages system:
- A form for data and image input
- A table listing products and
- A Export to XML option that will generate this exact file with all the products
