web developer - ongoing work

We have ongoing work for the right person. Lots of little projects to get off the ground. Looking for someone that doesn't charge company rates. To start the bidding, i need a comparison site similar to: [login to view URL] as you can see when you fill out the form, the results are filterable to specific metrics... this is very important, even though the site itself looks a little old. Another example of this is any ebay page... for example: [login to view URL] or a page from Kayak: [login to view URL] the fields on the left allow for easy filters, and live changes without requiring a new search. The table of information is soo large and extensive that a small short questionnaire similar to the first example might be handy, followed by the fields. i need the database built, the web-page built... i have a graphic designer who can supply some great looking content, but you will need to build the page. This will potentially be on a wordpress/joomla template as there will also be a blog section on the site, but i am open to recommendations.
