xHTML, php, jquery image file picker

I am looking for php/javascript construct that allows me to do the following: - I give a css class to an img for example: <img class="editableImage" src="[login to view URL]"/> - Then I call a jquery based function that will open a modal dialog box where I can browse all the images i have in a folder on the server and I can: > Select an image (this means add an empty event handler when I select an image) --> Single selection only (no need for multiple selections). > Delete existing images (no multiple delete) > Upload new images (no need for multiple upload. One single file at a time is fine). The listing of the images must show the folders and for the images I need to see thumbnails to identify them easily. I do not mind if a plugin is used for this (it has to be open source or at least free of charge). It must be compatible with jquery 1.8.2 (i don't mind if it's based on an earlier version as soon as it works under 1.8.2). Please bid with quotation + planning. I need this ASAP please Thanks
