XML driven Flash AS3/RPG educational game

Experienced Flash AS3 game developer needed to either enhance existing static flash educational/languages game website to dynamic cms/framework like site. Or developer can use own code to do site from scratch as long this option is not more expensive than enhancing existing site.

Flash and Actionscript 3, comes with source code and developed with Flash CS 4 (not Flex). Current preloader not consistent between browsers so needs to be fixed but if developer uses own preloader then this will be fine, the rest will be new features.

Main task

Enhance current drag and drop game to a single character Role playing game. The current drag and drop version of the site will be part of the new game. Drag and Drop also needs to be enhanced to be more dynamic.

Also ensure the game is developed in a way that will be customizable and allow administrator to add more elements to the game. Use a framework that either is file based or database depending on developer's recommendation. Ensure ActionScript code caters for google analytics tracking as well.

Illustrations/graphics/animations will be provided by site owner, creative flair an added advantage but not essential.

Site URL and specification to be provided after response. And please provide work samples especially previous flash sites.

Site owner is mainly an experienced [url removed, login to view], MS SQL developer with good knowledge and basic experience with Flash but basic knowledge with php/mysql.

Skills: ActionScript, Adobe Flash, MySQL, PHP, XML
