Tube Ace Script - problem with FFmpeg

ONLY if you have installed Tube Ace, FFmpeg, FFmpeg-php etc. before
I have installed TubeAce Script and everything seems to work except...
I can't make more than 1 thumbnail for a movie.
The Test Server page in the end says:
"Check if FFmpeg-php is installed
FFmpeg NOT Installed If not installed, video uploads will fail.
Check if FFmpeg-php is functioning correctly
Fatal error: Class 'ffmpeg_movie' not found in "my directory here" on line 0"
(my directory here = I deleted this for privacy reasons.)
FFmpeg should work. Both me and Hostgators support team made this test:

ffmpeg.show_warnings => 0 => 0
Please fix this and check if everything else works.
