Auto Crediting Script

You are to write a script that will auto run every 24 hours on our payment system and credit any account with account balance of 500 with 0.7% and 1000 with 1% and so on! The system will check the account balance with diffrence of 500 from 1000 to infinite and credit with 1% in every 24 hours! This transaction will be logged in the history of account that means scrit will will create the logged as well.
