Project Description

Need POC:

When advertisers run banner ads on publishers websites they wish to have screenshots of their campaign. We need a software for publishers, that detect whether a specific campaign is running on a page (creative id), if so, take a screenshot of the page, store the picture, and show it in a UI that users can login and forward to clients.

Creative id is locked inside iframes, typically from DFP (Google ad server) and served by scripts that run async. This creates an issue with same-origin policy we need a fix around.

We need the application to work with both async, sync and iframe and non-iframe. At the moment the iframe part is causing the problems.

It is possible to place simple JS code on the page where the creative/campaign is running, and you can also think about creating a plug-in for the browser etc.

Most important is to detect whether the id is in place on the website/page, and if so, take a screenshot, store it and serve it nicely in a UI. We look for a POC and if it works we wish to continue to do a full application.

We have several years of experience in Ad Tech and can help a long way with providing the scripts and setup needed for testing.
