Hi. I'm an experienced developer and I can build something like this and be done by Monday. From the skills, I assume you have a webserver with a MySQL database and running php available. What version of PHP? There is at least one 8.1 feature, I enjoy using that often causes problems. Next some comments on the task: - Storing passwords as plaintext in a database is frowned upon. Usually, one hashes them. So showing them to the admin is impossible (same as recovering). - Should there be an option to recover the password? - Should there be emails send? E.g. Guide gets email when Finance or Operation changes status. - Is my understanding correct that "Operation" and "Finance" can only perform one operation per row? - Should an user be allowed to edit their information (e.g. set a new email?) Finally, do you have any wish how the frontend should look like? Logos to include? A current website to take inspiration from? I look forward to working with you Helge Krueger

Hello, I can build this using wordpress - I will create custom plugin to generate invoice tool for suppliers. You meant you need timestamp, correct? when status changed from pending to checked, automatically the checked date column is updated with the checked date/time Do you have design?
