An Australian company have hired our services to create a responsive business website so

they can sell there main product, replacment filter for the product and book services online.

The customer would like to be able to sell there product online, store the customers details, and purchase date in a database so they can keep track of the lifespan of their product and, when the time comes, (1 year) a automatic function that prompts the customers to book a filter change via email.

The other sections of the website are a basic responsive website, that can be updated by the business owner via a white-labeled version of the CouchCMS Content Managament System (CMS)

The main Responsive website, and CouchCMS will be handeled internally.

External Contractor will be hired to complete the following jobs:

Online Cart

The customer will be able to choose from one product, or a replacment filter where they can finalize the payment through STRIPE Payment System ([url removed, login to view]) additonal to payment details the customer will input the following information:

1. Main Product

// Name // Address // Phone Number // Preferred Installation Date // Accept Terms & Conditions button

2. Replacement Filter

// Account Number // Name // Address // Phone Number // Accept Terms & Conditions button

Once payment has been made an email is sent to the customer with there purcase details and account number, and another is sent to the website owner with all the details of the sale.


The databse will setup an account for the customer, which can only be accessed by the website owner through CouchCMS. The account will have a unique account number, and will store all the purchase details for the customer, purchase date, when a customer books in a replacment part they can use a unique account number, which allow there

new product to be added to there account.

Reminder Notification

The customer will get a reminder email after 1 year to replace the filter part of the product, or replace there replacement filter which has been purchased in the past, this will include there unique account number. They can then purchase a replacement filter via the online cart use there unique account number in the online cart.

Website Redirection after Submission

After the form is submitted, the customer will be redirected to a page with a unique ID, and a basic spiel. This unique ID can used as a reference if the customer needs to phone the business relating to the booking.
