Catch domain names - Transip API - Full automatic PHP script

Create a script that automatically can check for domain names comming out of quarantine. Script should search every x interval (seconds or minutes) if the domain name is availible for registery. When available register immediately. This should word with Transip API ([login to view URL]). Script should have a dashboard in wich you can login and set the settings and wich domains to catch.
