Coffee Order 2 hour job for $100

Need an extremely simple web app to display bios and order a cup of coffee. This web app must do three things. I will provide the domain and the server. Payment is ~$100 upon completion.
1) Display Biographies of 6 people. This will be the most prominent item on the landing page. Ideally it's a carousal type (or grid design - whichever is easier) that will show a photo and short description, then when clicked expand to a full description (still with photo), with a close box icon.
2) It needs to have an 'order coffee' mechanic. This will be a separate page - click through from the landing page (i.e. Button- "Order Coffee"). This page will have a four stage process: 1. Choose coffee type 2. Choose strength of coffee 3. Add extras 4. Place order.
- Each stage will have options with 'select' options, with a rough coffee cup design that dynamically changes based on the selections chosen.
- The final 'Place Order' stage should send this information to an email address.
3) Must have a GTM container code (which I will provide) embedded so that Google Tags can be placed on the page.
****This coffee ordering system MUST mimic the Air New Zealand design. This is an App, must we must make our site look almost identical to the coffee ordering process on their app.
