E-Commerce Platform

Our company wishes to have it's own e-commerce platform (online store) that will cover all of our requirements , it should have all the standard features that most stores contain however we wish in particular to have these key features:
- Import products from various distributors daily through API or file upload ( documentation will be provided, 2 main distributors for initial import of products, available through json mostly)
- ability to difference between internal stock and distributors stock
- invoice generation and complete invoice management ( type of invoice person or company,such refund, storn,delete ,creation etc)
- Social Login
- Extremely fast and well designed frontend , easy to use, analyzed using the mobile first principle and tested before delivery with PageSpeed and GtMetrix
- ability to automatically generate warranty certificate for some orders according to a document template
- ability to discuss with clients internally through a messaging system, both from website/email
- integrate with API from courier/transport, API documentation will be provided
-ability to add various promotions to each product or bundle products
- ability to add banners to display promotions for each category and homepage
- google analytics, ads & facebook pixel integration
- sale mode version of frontend when are holidays or black friday events
- ability to pay with Credit Card ( API documentation provided)
We listed above the key features that our shop should have, we DO NOT want WOOCOMMERCE, we agree the idea of using a framework such as Saleor Or Magento or anything the freelancer proposes but it should bear in mind that it can develop our features.
The ideal freelancer will work with us at every step, from design & feature planning and should also be available after finishing this contract for future features& maintenance, the ideal freelancer will also:
- be organized and share code via GitHub/Bitbucket
- write clean code and respect industry standard&conventions and not make a mess out of it's own code in case it needs further work in the future
- be responsive to our messages
- speak English and respect it's own deadlines
