Hi guys I need someone to create me an app like whatsapp for IOS and android. I will give you a list of all the features i will require. A trusted freelancer has already offered my £150 for the whole project but he is away for 3 weeks and i was just wondering if i could get it done any quicker or for the same price of £200. Thanks

I am a .NET C# developer with over 9 years professional experience and 1 year working commercially with Xamarin IOS/Android and Xamarin forms. I would be able to complete the chat application for you it is preferable for me to work in Xamarin IOS and Xamarin IOS with a shared class library they both use for the layer in between.
