Create a "Personal Team Page" on our website

Our website specializes in Cheerleading apparel and accessories. We would like to add a feature where a coach can create a list of items with their own special URL (Example: [login to view URL]). The coach would be able to add any item we carry on our website to the list in the color(s) needed by the team so that parents and cheerleaders with the URL can more easily order the items needed and save with a discount. Creation of the URL • The coach will create the URL via a special page. o They will put in some information to create the URL  School Name  Coaches Name  Coaches E-Mail Address  Coaches Address  Desired URL • This field should check for the availability of the requested URL. If unavailable a message should display and the coach cannot submit the form.  There should be a place for any additional email address to send the link to  Upon completing the form: • The Coach will be offered the option to start their “E-mail Contact List” o The list by default will include their E-Mail o They can choose to add more E-mail addresses. o These emails will be notified of the URL creation with a link provided and optionally receive future notifications. • The URL will be generated on our website. • The Coach is taken to The Control Panel. (More details on the control panel further below) URL Details and Requirements • The URL must not be indexed by any search engine. It should only be available to people that have been given the URL. • We must be able to identify through the order details which special URL was used. • We must be able to apply a special discount to any order placed using one of these URLs. o This discount needs to be changeable o It should be applicable by either a flat dollar amount or a percentage o The discount needs to be customizable at the product level so some can be excluded or discounted differently than other items.  The discount can be set up for the product beforehand, so that as soon as a Coach adds an item to their URL, the discount will be displayed within the URL right away. • The Coach can add specific colors to the URL without adding the entire product. Adding Items • Coach can ad items via “Control Panel” (see below • Coach can also add items from the product page o On the Product page the add button will appear under the following conditions  The customer is logged in  The account logged in has created a “Personal Team Page”  If the above two are not both true, then the button does not appear to the customer  Control Panel • The Coach should be able to log into their account on our website and access a Control Panel. o This panel will allow the Coach to add/remove items. o There should be an option for them send the URL to additional email addresses o It should allow them to change the URL previously chosen  To avoid too many changes this should only be available once per week  It should immediately check for the availability of the new URL and inform the Coach if that URL is unavailable.  Once the new URL has been chosen, a 301 redirect should be automatically created from the old URL to the new URL.  A notification should be sent to anyone on the “E-mail Contact List” letting them know about the change. o The coach should have the option to toggle on or off a notification email sent to their “E-mail Contact List” when a new product is added to the URL  If toggled on, this email should be sent at the end of the day and should cumulatively include all changed made since the last email notification, going back no longer than 30 days.  If no changes were made within the above mentioned time frame then no email should be sent. Possible added feature, please quote separately. Any order placed using these URLs would ship to an address designated by the Coach at the time of setup (only changeable via the Control Panel). This address would be recommended to be the school or other official organization address. (customer can override, but loses discount)
