In order to facilitate and support the information requirements required by credit reference agencies, we seek to develop an information system that supports the following functionality: 1. Inputting or transfer of information through electronic means from company registries that includes a hierarchical view of ownership of commercial and non-commercial entities being investigated. 2. Storage and management of information relevant to know your customer questionnaires, which provide additional and up-to-date insights about the corporate or the business relevant to the company making an information request. 3. Billing of services based on a tariff that is revisable according to a commercially acceptable economic index – such as the purchasing manager's index or the retail price index - and possibly exporting information in a manner that can be shared with accounting systems using commonly used data interface formats. 4. Creating a theoretic or a programmatic framework of reference or a programmatic reference of coding that supports business analysis services and data mining. 5. Creating a theoretic framework of reference for artificial intelligence and business intelligence relevant to the coding of business applications and attempting to create the basis for a programming framework that allows such programming to be technically feasible, on a best effort basis. 6. Creating a theoretic framework of reference for designing and programming virtual bots that can be useful to support business applications and automation/simulation of human interaction for quality assurance and attempting to create the basis for a programming framework that allows such programming to be technically feasible on a best effort basis. 7. Create a theoretic framework of reference for designing and programming virtual wallet and gateway payment systems, which may adopt existing financial services standards or provide an alternative means of exchange, excluding guidelines and recommendations for financial regulation that require the rubber stamp of financial services authorities. Existing frameworks and technologies that can be adapted in an agile fashion to meet some or all of the above requirements would provide a suitable basis for a solution as long as we can assess technical feasibility for its integration with different software. Within the European Union, ODF is a commonly adopted standard for exchanging documents, however, other XML-based standards may also be required to be adopted.
