Customize Moodle LMS plugins

I have set of customization in Moodle LMS This project for first requirements: I want to customize attendance plugin [login to view URL] with the following: 1- Add a link that when a user click on it display an attendance report for all students in all classes not like the current status , I have to go to each class one by one to display its report. 2-Creat Individual Report by add the following search block to search for a student by his name or id then select him to show only his attendance report not class report as the current. [login to view URL] 3-Prevent the Teacher from Editing the Attendance after 15 min of class start time and keep only admin can edit. I need the customization ASAP with same periority order. Please Just the professional freelancer who are sure from finishing on time. Please install moodle and plugins on your host and after the customization is wrking fine send the link to me to check and then move to my production server. thnx
