Develop a PC-optimizer and Registry cleaner software for windows

Hi, we need 2 softwares developed. 1. Pc-optimizer Tool 2. Registry cleaner Both the software should be able to scan and clean the specific things that most of the software of the same category do. we need to have a trial and paid version of the software where we can create and sell Activation Licenses of the software. We need the software to have specific banners and call to action places which should be dynamic and can be changed online via some admin panel or control panel. Also need the system to track the number of installs of the software of both trail and paid . Looking to have this completed in 1 month. Further discussion after the process is won by a bidder.
