With FTP access I can go in and remove the plugin. That should solve the problem of not being able to log in. I checked on that plugin; it hasn't been updated in more than a year. I do not recommend using that from this point forward. I have 10+ years development experience with Wordpress. 15+ years development experience with PHP, MySQL and Javascript.
