Hire a PHP Developer

Need a PHP library to perform ACH transaction using Dowlla Swagger or Native calls . This library should support all ACH features in both sandbox and production. Features needed: (use sample attach code for references) 1) create a customer 2) Add a customer bank acct 3) verify customer bank acct using 2 micro deposits 4) Credit customer bank acct from our bank acct and/or Dwolla acct 5) Debit customer bank acct and xfer money to our Dowlla and/or bank accts Need some one to organize Dowlla library and build a custom class or classes with methods that use Dowlla capability to perform ACH transactions. -- budget is ~$50.
