Hello, To adapt you requirement, I need to modify your php and database structure too because stripe workflow. For your requirement, stripe workflow is: show button on table --> user click it --> show stripe payment to user enter his/her information --> send the information to stripe server --> strip server send back token --> send the token to your server by jquery --> your server use the token to make 1-time fee and subscription for the user --> save payment information to your database.
