In need of an instagram coder/programmer that can create a software that can do the following -draw from a folder to auto-upload photos to instagram at set intervals; randomly every 10-15 minutes -every photo that uploads must be able to be uploaded with a standard caption with hashtags that are searchable -must be able to be run with multiple accounts (50-100 accounts) -must be able to set each account with a different proxy -i would also like to keep the coder on a retainer, with a monthly salary for any maintenance and (or to keep software running flawlessly and up to date with any future instagram updates)
