Magento 1.9 website - Conversion, JS and sessions issues audit & fix

We're running a website under Magento 1.9.
First issue : it works fine, but we do receive a lot of customers complain regarding the checking out.
Some people can't seem to check out. After they fill up the whole form in One Page checkout, they click "order" and nothing happens.
We need you to run multiple tests and figure out what are the problems that stop some customers from ordering.
Second issue : Paypal orders don't invoice themselves even though the clients paid. Probably a cron issue.
The website is running on a dedicated linux server with Plesk to manage it.
Third issue : the website is linked to Google analytics, but many orders (even completed) don't show on Analytics side, especially Paypal orders, which leads to very different statistics. We need you to fix that.
