Modifications to Yii Framework - Tour Bus Management Calendar System

Hello, We have had a system previously built for one of our clients. It is built on Yii PHP framework. Basically it is a drag and drop calendar which allows a company to manage which tour busses are being used. To do this, they create a tour block for a certain duration eg. 3 weeks. This then can be dragged onto a calendar (see screenshot) into position. The bus Registration numbers run vertically down the page and the days run across in columns. There are some other features they can allocate to each bus, such as a driver, when the MOT expires and Tax. There are 3 user levels currently, a bus driver, manager and admin. It requires the following: - Facelift (CSS Tweaks to modernise the interface and look+feel), PSD mock up to be supplied. - Auto-refresh calendar page (every 20 seconds or so when the page isn't being edited). - Text change from "Birth" field to "Berth"... this is a typo. - Change accessibility for user roles. - Red semi-transparent line running down calendar for current day. - Remain logged in until logged out. - When you right click on the calendar to "Add New" the z-index is out so it is behind the block - Automatic database backup (admin access only) to schedule an automatic Cron Job. - Increase default gird size from 960px to 1280px. - Move installation to new domain Additional Optional Functionality (please price each item separately): - Email notifications: When MOT or tax on a Bus is due within 30 days, if a tour is cancelled, if a tour date changes, if a new bus is added, tachometer reading - Database Pruning - a page where a script can be run to clear Tours older than 12 months. - Notices section: Add an expiration date for notice to clear. - Notices section: Add an option when adding a new notice to send to All or to specific user roles. This project requires someone who is highly proficient with Yii and can pick up where another developer left with ease. We are ideally looking for someone who can work with us regularly on this system.
