Need a BigCommerce expert to edit a few things in my website. Very simple edit

I want a BigCommerce expert to work on my website. I need very little customizations for my site which can be done within 2 hours. This is my website [login to view URL] . The things that I need worked on is listed: 1. Remove text underneath navigation menu, 2. Add shopping cart dropdown, 3. Add account dropdown 4. Remove the My Account, Sign in or Create an Account, View Cart, and Checkout due to the dropdowns replacing those links, 5. Place 3 Category Banners (CAMP, HIKE, SURVIVAL) below main image and link them to their respected category, 6. Place Advertising Banners below the Category Banners and I will provide a layout for reference, 7. Add sectioned block and here I will provide a sample image for reference.
