My website is already created and written in PHP and bootstrap and runs on a Maria DB. It is setup for managers and clients side. Managers can post things that clients can access and complete or take part in. I am looking to have a feature added to it that will allow a manager to create a task list for users to access and complete. The site is already setup and has users and managers you need to just make this feature available to the variety of barn owners. Here are the details. And please be available to chat about this before I award it:
Will need a new tab that says “Tasks Lists” and a barn owner can create a new task list. Where they can chose the tasks that they want to list on this list. They can create multiple lists.
They need to be able to assign the list to any client, or the same list to multiple clients
They can create an unlimited number of tasks lists.
When a client is assigned a task list on their “Task Lists” tab they see the list, but only the title of it and on next to the title it will either say “Never Completed” or “Last Completed - “date completed”” Then there is an option to “Complete this list”
When they click “Complete this list” the task list would load and they can check off the items that they complete. The client then has an option to “save and complete later” or “Complete”
If they chose “Save and complete later” then they can go back and access the list and finish completing it.
If they chose “Complete” it will mark it as completed and then it would record it on the barn manager's side as it was completed and the barn manager can open it and see what items were marked completed and what ones were not.
The barn manager will have access to all the tasks lists that have been completed even if it's the same list by the same person multiple times across multiple days.
Obviously we need to give an option to title the list, edit the options, and overall delete the list - all controlled by barn manager
