DD-WRT local IPs to CPanel public IPS

We have 5 static IP addresses we would like to use on our server, we need to have theses ips mapped to local ips then to our server so that everything works right. We are using centos 7 with C-Panel and our router has been flashed with DD-WRT which should be able to handle this. We would also like to know how you achieved this so we can repeat it on our other server.
This should be a very simple project only requiring a few minutes for someone familiar with doing this. We have read the how to's online but cant get it to work.
We need this done ASAP as we are waiting on this to move forward with our project.
