We have a wordpress website with 2 databases. The entries of these databases are about funding opportunities and donor profiles for social organisations. The users of our website have the possibility to use several filters to narrow down their search when looking for funding opportunities (e.g. the geographic location) We now want to add another filter to our 2 databases, and would be looking for someone who knows how to make efficient database queries.
All our entries are assigned to one or more countries (e.g. a funding opportunity which is eligible for "Algeria", "Ethiopia", both countries, 25 countries, or it might be eligible worldwide). We want to add another filter to allow users to narrow down their search to look for entries that are either
*very specific (eligible only for the selected country, no other one)
*specific (eligible for the selected location AND a maxium of 5 other countries)
*broader (eligible for the selected location AND a maxium of 25 other countries)
worldwide (eligible for the selected location AND a minimum of 26 other countries)

How an entry looks like, in this case "very specific" because only eligible for one country ([url removed, login to view])
We are working on a shared host (only with a couple of other users), so it is important to make the query as resource efficient as possible. The job would require a maximum of 5hrs of work, more likely 3-4hrs. If someone has good experience in working with databases and is interested in helping us out, chances are high that other jobs will come in for you by the time.
