Application to Digitally Sign Documents
1. Source: PDF of all the documents like certificates, marksheet etc.
2. Mandatory Requirement:
a. Location of Signature (Top, left, bottom, right coordinates)
b. Source Folder Containing plain PDF documents
c. Destination folder for output files.
d. Valid digital signature dongle.
3. Process Flow
a. User need to specify the source folder from where unsigned pdf files will be taken
b. User Need to specify target folder where signed pdf’s will be generated
c. Digital dongle with valid pin must be ready before starting signature.
d. On pressing Start button, system will ask user to select “User Name” whose signature will be used to sign the documents [System will pick list of all installed signatures on system. User need to get Digital Signature Dongle from some authorized firm]
e. After pressing start, system will start picking pdf files from source folder, and after signing files it will put digitally signed files into Destination folder
f. At completion, all files will be digitally signed and will be available in destination folder.
NOTE: All signed pdf files will contain name of person, designation, and Organization Name; Date & Time of Signature stamping.
