Add Live broadcast Camera to an existing Website

We have a Website that's existing for an Orphans organization. Due to COVID-19, the organization would like to add Live broadcast feature to this Website so as to check the Children LIVE online.
WHAT IS NEEDED:
-----------
>Any child and staff should be able to join the broadcast at anytime.
>No NEED to record the broadcasted videos... it is just like a normal Video call.
>IF POSSIBLE, Live comments can a pear on the Live video as well
>On phone, swiping up or down should switch from one broadcast to the other... On PC scrolling should suffice.
*The existing website is on a shared hosting.
